AV Soul - specialist custom-made AV furniture business launched

AV Soul (www.avsoul.co.uk) is a new specialist AV furniture making division from the pedigree of the long established Stump Furniture.

Operating as a custom handmade furniture manufacturer since 1998, Stump Furniture had gained a growing reputation for AV furniture, specifically amongst the active and passionate members of the No.1 home entertainment tech community, AV forums (www.avforums.com).

With repeated happy customers and a clear demand for custom fitted AV furniture, it’s been a natural evolution for Stump to appoint a dedicated team to the creation of bespoke AV units. Owner, Stuart Whewell, launched Stump Furniture (www.stumpfurniture.co.uk) after identifying an opportunity to use reclaimed timber to make bespoke furniture.  In nurturing a highly successful niche business, Stuart grew and expanded, employing a ‘family like’ group of talented craftsmen – each revelling in the opportunity to bring customers design ideas to life.

Stuart and Stump soon grew a great reputation amongst the active and passionate community on AV forums. The rave reviews and noise generated by the community became Stump’s calling. With each new piece of AV furniture created Stuart’s team grew in knowledge and most importantly passion for creating the very best, perfect fit, custom-made AV furniture. With this calling – New shoots grew from Stump – and AV Soul was born.
